While other 3PL storage and distribution warehouses may require a long term commitment, we don’t. If you only need to store your inventory for a couple of weeks, Suburban Warehouse can accommodate you as a third party logistics supplier.   Flexibility is the key to our program for loading/unloading, storage, distribution, and warehousing your inventory.   We can come up with a plan that will meet your needs at competitive warehouse rates.
Suburban Warehouse is a fully racked 40,000 sq ft commercial warehouse with both tailboard and drive in loading/unloading. This storage facility is a high cube 40' clear building. In addition, we also have a 60,000 sq ft facility. The area is safe and the buildings are secure. 

Our warehouse services include:
We can load/unload/store your inventory
We do order preparation, third party logistics,supply chain execution to save money
All pricing will be gross, no need to worry   about all the add on's like real estate taxes, electric, common area maintenance, etc.
We don't require long term commitments. If you need to store goods for a few weeks that's not a problem.
