Poly established close liaison with shipper for transmitting advice, information at every step of shipment as follows.
After having received the knowledge that goods have to move Ex- Sudan communicate shipment status.
Seek approval of the associate if shipment request in initiated from shipper’s end.
Convey booking arrangements/situation, planning of shipment (P.O. Details, planned carrier, ETD, ETA etc,,, to the associate.
Provide document dispatch details.
Advise best air /shipping line for route, rates, schedules, transit time, services, facilities, etc.
Collection – inspection report from the shipper before cargo lifting.
Taking the complete responsibility of logistics (one window operation).
Packing advises for maximum utilization of space.
Persistent follow up of the shipment till delivery final destination.
Communication to associate/shipper on each and every step.
