Delfin Group Co. was founded in 1999 in Chile with the aim of creating an efficient link in international trade transactions between China, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Its headquarters are located in Shanghai, China.

In 2005 Delfin Group Co. was recognized as NVOCC by the Ministry of Communications of China, FIRST-CLASS FREIGHT FORWARDER by the Ministry of Commerce of China, and one of the most important members of the TT Club (Association of Marine Insurance).
