Importing:
As regards importing, EcoShipping is responsible for all the documental deconsolidation from the moment that information about shipments done has been received, when a general control spreadsheet is opened to keep a safe and failure-free follow-up, through the analysis of documentation and follow-up with the Ship-owner and the governmental agencies, and up to the end of the process with the release of cargo to the importer.
Exporting:
In the other direction of foreign commerce, namely export, the whole process of documental consolidation is undertaken by EcoShipping, from the moment of receiving and closing of booking, when a general control spreadsheet is opened to keep a safe and failure-free follow-up, through contacting Ship-owners about deadlines of documents and pre-stacking, and up to the end of the process with the shipping of the cargo.
Both services are effectively finalized with the squaring of accounts and the forwarding of evidential documents to the client.
Selection of containers suitable for coffee shipments.
Coordination of stuffing with the terminal.
Supervision of container lining with Kraft paper and of the subsequent stuffing.
Sampling and application to the Ministry of Agriculture for phytosanitary certificates.
Immediate communication to client of any issue as regards the merchandise arising during unloading/stuffing, for proper measures to be taken.
Issuance of stuffing and weight reports with detailing of weights found.
