We offer air and ocean forwarding, inland transportation, warehousing, Customs brokerage, distribution and other logistics services. Customer, technology and good employees are key to success. OTS/ REL Quality Control team is responsible for the design, draft, implement as well as revision of a systematic management process. It will consist of resource utilization, communication, management, control, and automation. In a broad sense, the Quality Control team generates the quality control plan and SOP. Operations are responsible for its actual implementation strictly based on the plan and SOP. In order to detect the quality problems from the very beginning, we have set up a feedback system for quality control purpose. The system will be monitored on a timely basis.
