Murphy Shipping & Commercial Services Limited was founded in Lagos on the 23rd June, 1975by the vision of one astute businessman, Mr. Murphy Agbabiaka. His hard work and dedication to his dream was to lead to the commissioning of some new office outposts in the Niger Delta region of Port Harcourt (1977) and Warri (1978).

Murphy Shipping and Commercial Services Ltd. is a true Global Logistics Company with offices strategically located around the world to service first hand the Oil & Gas Sector. Each Murphy location is staffed with a full complement of experienced logistical experts.

Today, our Group of Companies employs more than 350 staff in 12 locations located around the world, with an online logistics system for packing, tracing and tracking capability. Our services range from customs brokerage to full turn-key project logistics. As we move into the twenty first century Murphy is extremely well located to service the every increasing demands for growing logistical services, particularly in Nigeria & throughout the Caspian region.

The company’s directors and staff have also operated and successfully completed many projects in some of the worlds more demanding regions, such as Caspian Region and Central Asia. The completion of these projects has called for our staff to be multi-disciplined and conversant with all modes of transportation.
